Campaigns API aims to simplify customer interactions by doing the heavy lifting of scheduling and calling a large set of customer phone numbers automatically. Businesses have to configure a flow (business logic), create a schedule (when to call) and pass all the phone numbers to be called, Exotel attempts to call all the numbers that are part of the campaign and reports the status back to you. In case customers do not respond on the first call attempt, say their numbers were busy, you can specify call retry logic for such scenarios in the API and calls are automatically triggered by our system.
