I signed up for an Exotel Account and got access to API credentials. But I am not able to use Lead Assist GreenVN APIs. What am I missing?

  • Lead Assist is an account level feature and need to be enabled on request either to your account manager or by writing to hello@exotel.com
  • Lead Assist API credentials are different from your default API credentials
