Yes, both  Zoho CRM/Bigin and Zoho Desk can be integrated with Exotel

  • Please check Step 8 and confirm that there are no blank spaces and the account name entered is correct.
  • Please check Step 11 in and confirm that there are no blank spaces and the account name entered is correct.
  • Please check if the number of the user entered on the page of both Zoho CRM/Bigin or Zoho Desk is the same. 
  • Please check Step 7 and confirm that there are no blank spaces and the account name entered is correct.
  • Please check if click to call is enabled in the integrations page of both Zoho CRM/Bigin or  Zoho Desk.
  • Please check if the number of the user entered on the page of both Zoho CRM/Bigin or Zoho Desk is the same. 
  • Please check if the KYC is completed in your account.
  • Please check if you have credits in your Exotel account.
