Overview
When you build bot-driven voice experiences, reducing perceived latency is critical. With Exotel Legs APIs, you can control call legs and media actions in real time, enabling you to start a bot stream with an optional greeting message.
This approach allows you to:
- Initiate a bidirectional audio stream programmatically
- Play a greeting message while the bot stream is being established
- Reduce perceived latency for the caller
