Setting Up Truecaller Verification​

Step 1: Register with Truecaller for Business​

  1. Contact your Exotel account manager to initiate Truecaller verification.
  2. Exotel will guide you through the Truecaller for Business registration process.
  3. Alternatively, register directly at the Truecaller Business portal and link your Exotel numbers.

Step 3: Verification Review​

Truecaller reviews your submission to verify:

  • The business is legitimate and registered
  • The phone numbers belong to the business

On Non-Truecaller Phones​

Recipients without Truecaller installed see only the ExoPhone number (standard behavior). Truecaller verification has no effect on these devices.

Some Truecaller plans support call reason tags -- a short text displayed alongside your business name that tells the recipient why you are calling:
