Create Your Exotel Account

Setting up your Exotel account takes about 2 minutes. Follow these steps to sign up, verify your email, and access your dashboard.

Step 1: Visit the Signup Page​

  1. Go to my.exotel.com/auth/register
  2. You will see the account registration form

Step 2: Enter Your Details​

Fill in the registration form with the following information:

Use a Business Email

Exotel requires a business email domain for registration. Free email providers (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook) may be rejected or flagged for additional verification.

Step 3: Select Your Region​

Choose the region closest to your target users:

Region Selection is Permanent

Your region determines your API endpoints, data storage location, and available phone number types. This selection cannot be changed after account creation. If you need to operate in multiple regions, create separate accounts for each.

Step 4: Verify Your Email​

  1. Check your inbox for a verification email from Exotel (sender: noreply@exotel.com)
  2. Click the Verify Email button in the email
  3. You will be redirected to the Exotel dashboard login page
Email Not Received?
  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Ensure you entered the correct email address
  • Click Resend Verification Email on the registration page
  • Whitelist noreply@exotel.com in your email settings
  • If the issue persists, contact support at hello@exotel.com

Step 5: Verify Your Phone Number​

  1. After email verification, log in to the dashboard
  2. You will be prompted to verify your phone number
  3. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number
  4. Phone verification is required to activate your trial account

Step 6: Access Your Dashboard​

Once both verifications are complete, you will land on the Exotel dashboard at my.exotel.com. Your trial account is now active with free credits to start testing.

Multiple Accounts​

  • Each business email can be associated with one Exotel account
  • If you need separate accounts for testing and production, use different email addresses
  • Enterprise customers can request sub-accounts through their account manager
